Who Needs This Permit
Carriers that regularly operate qualified vehicles across IRP member jurisdictions—including Indiana—should hold IRP apportioned plates and a cab card rather than buying temporary trip permits for every entry into IN.
New interstate fleets, carriers expanding routes into Indiana, and operators whose current base jurisdiction filings omit IN are strong candidates for IRP setup or amendment assistance.
How to Get It

Permit Details
