TruckPermits.online operates an online portal for motor carrier permitting. Through this website you may request oversize, overweight, trip, temporary fuel, and related state truck permits. We prepare, verify, and route each order for processing under the eligibility rules, fees, and timelines that apply to the selected state and permit type. Completion of an order and delivery of documents depend on accurate customer data and successful processing of the request.

2. Accuracy of information

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate carrier, vehicle, load, and route information. Incomplete or incorrect data may delay processing or result in a permit that does not match your intended move. Applicable state charges and service fees will be shown or communicated when known.

3. Orders & payment

Submitting an order constitutes a request for our permitting desk to process your filing. Payment is collected securely at checkout. Service fees and any applicable state charges form part of the order total as displayed or confirmed for that permit. Failed or incomplete payment may prevent processing from continuing.

4. Availability

Permit types and states listed on the site may change. If a permit is marked unavailable, informational content may still appear, but new orders cannot be placed until service for that product is restored.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TruckPermits.online is not liable for consequential damages arising from delayed, denied, or incorrect permits caused by inaccurate customer data, system outages, payment failures, or processing delays outside our reasonable control.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use this portal only for lawful commercial permitting related to your motor carrier operations, and not to submit fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized applications.
